Refund policy

The digital edition of The Mindset of Millionaires is delivered instantly after payment. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, purchases are generally final.

When we will refund

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You paid but could not download the book, and we could not fix the problem within 5 business days of you contacting us.
• A file you received is damaged or incomplete and we cannot supply a working copy.

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support with your payment reference (it starts with MOM-). Approved refunds are processed through Paystack to your original payment method in the original amount charged (ZAR). Your bank may take several business days to show the refund, and we cannot refund bank or foreign-exchange fees charged by your card issuer.

What happens to your access

When a refund is processed, download access for that purchase is removed automatically, and existing download links stop working.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
